I have always had good experiences with Cost-U-Less and they always get me the lowest rates for car insurance for my area. Cynthia really went above and beyond today making sure I had a seamless transition from a more expensive plan to a cheaper one that’s better for our situation. Cynthia is the whole reason I’m even leaving this review, I’ve been having good experiences with this company for 5 years but she really kicked it out of the park today.

I’m amazed at how much I’m saving—half of what I used to pay, with full coverage on both my 2024 RAV4 and Toyota Tundra. Aiden made it all possible. He left such kind reminders when I forgot things, never impatient, just an angel to work with. Truly a sweetheart and a real gentleman. If he ever leaves this company, I’ll follow him—he’s that good. P.S. I don’t have a perfect driving record, and I still got an amazing rate. That meant the world to me.
